Townline monitors public-procurement sources and surfaces construction bid opportunities matched to your trades and service area, with AI-generated summaries of and answers about the bid documents. By using the website or iOS app you agree to these terms.
Townline aggregates and summarizes public records published by government agencies. We work hard to keep listings complete, current, and accurately summarized, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, deadline, document, or AI-generated summary or answer. The issuing agency's official posting is always the authoritative source. Confirm deadlines, requirements, bonds, and addenda with the issuing agency before preparing or submitting any bid. Townline is a research tool, not professional, legal, or bidding advice, and we are not responsible for missed deadlines, rejected bids, or decisions you make based on the service.
Keep your account credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service: no scraping or reselling our data feeds, no reverse engineering, no using the service to violate any law or any agency's bidding rules, and no interfering with the service's operation.
The free tier and paid subscriptions are described in the app and on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically until canceled in your App Store settings, and are subject to Apple's terms. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Townline software, design, and branding are ours. Public bid documents belong to their issuing agencies. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your business's bidding research; we get a license to process the preferences and content you submit in order to operate the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost bidding opportunities.
You can stop using Townline any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms — if the changes are material we'll notify you in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
